Anyone could help me explain the store policy? I bought a bag in this store, but just after two days I found it’s not good on me. I didn’t use the bag yet. The price label and package are all still there. Could I get full cash refund? Or they will just let me exchange other items?

They will give you your money back. If you have paid by card, the amount will be credited back to your account.
It only works, however, if the label etc. is still on and you still have the receipt.
