“Teacher of mine” is unnecessarily formal or fanciful language, and it very unusual to say. “My teacher” can be used for nearly all situations.

@motazmg005 I really don’t think it has many applications. Maybe if you knew your teacher really well, and were being funny with them you could say “teacher of mine”, but I can’t think of an occasion otherwise.
