@bapjuddeyom Yeah, you can use these phrases as a starting point for your message and make it more personal for a friend.
You can always write something like "Susan, I'm so sorry to hear of your diagnosis. I know you can get through this. Sending you strength and wishing you a speedy recovery."
If you are really good friends with them, it's always a good idea to let them know you are "there for them if they need anything", but only say this if you mean it (like help with food, scheduling appointments, watching kids, etc). If you are casual friends you don't have to say this, but it is a nice thought if you mean it.
