"I'm not fit to help anyone" is the more natural sounding phrase. "I don't fit to help anyone" doesn't make grammatical sense. They do not mean the same thing either. "I am not fit to help anyone" means you do not have the ability to help anybody, "I don't fit to help anyone" doesn't really make much sense unless you were saying that you do not fit the position of helping people.

@Cat0555 what about “this water doesn’t fit to drink” and “this water is not fit to drink”?
- English (US)
@ThiagoChaves. "This water is not fit to drink" means you are not able to drink the water due to the condition of it. "This water doesn't fit to drink" does not make much sense or sound as natural.
