Yes, or more commonly "I haven't drank for 2 years".
With this expression, it is understood that one is talking about alcohol.
Though 'haven't drunk' is technically the correct usage, it is not as typically used with the negative form. Reading more on this, 'have drank', for the positive form, was the more accepted form 150 years ago also.
