It sounds pretty natural to me, but to avoid making it sound so direct and short with the messages, you should add a comma and an “and” while taking away the period on the period after the word “happy.” Basically, I think it would flow better if it was “You haven't changed a bit. Your smile still makes me happy, and I've never forgotten the way you smile.” You could really say the same exact thing a ton of different ways, but I think that this is a pretty good way to say the message. It's not too long, and it clearly says everything. Good job with the translation because it's pretty good
Also, keep in mind that this is a personal preference, and this isn't exactly the only way to say this. Your way is completely correct, but I just feel like this way seems to flow nicer, but some people will disagree.

@loadingname I agree there are ton of ways to say it. Its not always obvious what the purpose of the writing is either. Short sentences sometimes work better if it’s dialogue. I feel like leaving the last sentence “I’ve never forgotten the way you smile” makes it stand out. I can picture the words being said. lol. That’s the beauty of the language! So many ways to think about things.😊
