"Where can I get on the school bus?" implies you are asking where you are able to enter/board the bus (like the bus stop).
"Where can I go on the school bus?" is a little bit unclear, but it implies you may be asking about possible destinations (i.e. where the bus is able to take you to). It could also be interpreted as asking where you can enter/board the bus.

Here is my corrected response for "when":
"When can I get on the school bus?" and "When can I go on the school bus?" have the same meaning in most contexts, although "get on" sounds more natural in the context of entering/boarding the bus.
However, "When can I go on the school bus?" can also be used in the context of asking when (in the future) you will be able or eligible to ride the school bus.
Example: "When can I go on the school bus? Why does David get to go on the school bus but not me?"
