No, I don’t think anyone would say that. Many idioms have only a limited use and can’t be modified according to the usual grammatical rules. For example, someone might say “been there, done that” to mean they have already had that experience. But you can’t say “will be there, will do that” in the same way to talk about an experience you plan to have, without sounding strange.
