The first and third sentences both sound natural to me. It depends on whether you intend for the reader to pause after 'I swear' or not.
The second sentence is a bit of a 'garden path' sentence which means that it may initially guide the reader to make an incorrect assumption about the meaning. Without the comma before 'I swear', a reader may initially assume that 'I swear' is talking about using profane language (for example) until they read the second part of the sentence.
