Ambas significa “ya no mas” pero “No longer” es mas formal y esta se usa en oraciones para afirmar y “anymore” es para oraciones digámosle “negativas”.
Ejemplos
Old people don’t use computers anymore.
Old people no longer use computers.
También anymore siempre va al final de la oración como se puede ver en el ejemplo de arriba.
No longer se usa entre el sujeto y verbo.
Realmente el uso de ambas es correcto y solo depende de que tan formal quieras hablar ya que el significado es exactamente el mismo.
