@vintagemushroom21 Actually, the verb has to agree with the word "all" in this case, since "of my friends" is a prepositional phrase modifying the pronoun "all". But still you get the same result.

@MickeyChain They both can be correct grammatically. It depends on if you use “all” or “friends” as the main object of your sentence.
