Antes, también se decía “Have you...?” para “¿Tienes...?” pero hoy en día, por lo menos en eeuu, no lo hacemos.

Esto se trata de tu última pregunta (lo de 'headache'), pero desgraciadamente hinative permite sólo audio.

Ambos te dan la oportunidad escuchar tanto en acento estadounidense como británico (y acentos regionales también en el caso de Wordreference)
(Por cierto, UK-RP significa 'UK - Received Pronunciation'; ideal si quieres hablar con un acento (muy) fresa y charlar con la Reina Isabel, si surge la oportunidad).
Wordreference tiene una ventaja adicional: se puede ralentizar la velocidad.
