Ich habe Reflexivverben gelernt.. und wenn im Satz einen Akkusativobjekt gibt, muss das Reflexivpronommen im Dativ stehen. Aber warum im zweiten Satz gibt's kein Reflexivpronomen?

The only different is, that the second sentence doesn't sound natural. It is understandable but kind of incorrect. You have to use a reflexive pronoun in this case.

Both are correct. Which one you use is dependent on the context.
Ich wünsche mir einen neuen Computer. If you write a wishlist you use " Ich wünsche mir einen neuen Computer. " > to wish for sth.
Ich wünsche einen neuen Computer. If you go to a large electronic shop and you're ask "Was wünschen Sie?" You answer, "Ich wünsche einen neuen Computer, 16 GB RAM etc". > to want s.th.
