@RB_AC unable means to be incapable of doing something. Cannot do something. “I’m unable to speak Portuguese.”
Enable means to make able, to give power, to give the ability to do something. “He’s enabling me to learn Portuguese by hiring a tutor for me.”

unable is used when u or somthing can't do something.
enable is when you want to turon on a machine or a prameter in a computer or in a program.
examples:
1-i'm unable to study because i don't have time
2-the program is unable to do this tasks or modifications
1-i'm enabling this function
2-how to enable sound in this device
