haha it means that someone has a favorite member's picture as his/her profile in SNS in a K-pop Group. Actually, the word is 선우 프사(I used your example. 프사 is an abbreviation of '프'로필 '사'진) but many Korean fans say 'ㅁ프', which was selected one word from the member's name and the other from 프사, as I explained.
