Question about English (US)
I read an article that discusses why President Donald Trump has terminated Christopher Krebs addressing this comes from the joint statement put out by CISA which denied the unfairness of the election system. Some politicians say this is a kinda loyalty purge and presidential prerogative. I think that he was top of Homeland Security and who is going to be designated as the successor of him. I'm sure the replacement would be burdened for him. Does this sound natural?

@Pi_Chan Okay! So I added my suggestion for the rest...
An article I read about President Donald Trump's termination of Christopher Krebs attributes the dismissal to Krebs' establishment of CISA, which denied Trump's claims of election fraud. Some politicians quoted in the article describe this presidential prerogative as a loyalty purge. Krebs was the top cybersecurity official, and whoever succeeds him will surely have quite a burden in the midst of this chaos.

... the rest of the paragraph is too unclear. Krebs was never the top of Homeland Security. It's unclear who is succeeding what.

@Cinema_Sensei Thank you for your comment! I like the words you chose and used in the sentences. "successor" means "a person or thing that comes after someone and takes their/its place. Yes, as you pointed out, Kreb is the top "cybersecurity official" at the Department of Homeland Security. I meant the person who will take after Kreb's position would be burdened because the job is not easy after President Trump fired him.
