Question about English (US)
does alien mean foreigner?
google says that alien means a foreigner, especially one who is not a naturalized citizen of the country where they are living though, in my country Korea, it usually means the alien in the movie you know.
so are these sentences all natural?
- I'm foreigner (from Korea)
- I'm alien (from Korea)
thanks

@0xF4D3C0D3 we don’t really use “alien” we just say foreigner, but yes it does mean the same thing. You may also know that it refers to an outer space creature.
To make the sentences natural say

Both. In English alien means both an illegal immigrant to the country or an alien in the movies.
