Ain’t is is a contraction for am not, is not, are not, has not, and have not.
The only difference in the 2 sentences is the formality.
As a child that grew up in a larger city, ain’t was part of my vocabulary. I ain’t going!
However, as an adult, I would never use ain’t in my workplace. It’s perceived as unsophisticated. I would say: I’m not going to go there!
With my family and friends, I often revert back to my Philadelphia accent and phrases and find myself using ain’t, gonna, didja eat? (Did you eat), etc.

“ain’t” is just slang for “is not”. it is most commonly used by people in the southern states of the US and by Black people :)
