except maybe Get well soon would be more appropriate for a person who is confirmed sick or injured. Feel better could be used even if someone is just feeling tired or sad or under the weather.

@shellon Thank you for your comment. It’s really helpful! 👍

차이가 거의 없는데 'hope you feel better'는 '나아지길 바래요'라는 뜻이고 'hope you get well soon'은 '*곧* 나아지길 바래요'라는 뜻이에요.
게다가 'hope you feel better'는 'hope you get well soon'보다 더 많은 뜻을 가지고 있는 것 같아요. 'Hope you feel better'를 말하면 건강이나 기분에 대해 이야기할 수 있어요.
예 들으면 내 친구가 우울하면 'hope you feel better'라고 말해도 돼요. 그리고 내 친구가 감기가 걸리면 'hope you feel better'라고 말해도 돼요.
내 친구가 우울하면 'hope you get well soon'라고 말하면 이상할 것 같아요.
And I agree with what shellon said ^^

Well, actually one of my friends said that his mom had to get an operation in this troubled time.
And I didn’t know what to say..
In this case, which one would be better ‘I hope your mom feels better. or ‘I hope your mom gets well soon. ?

I would say "I hope your mom gets well soon" or you can say "I hope her recovery goes well".

@James_Santiago I think 'I hope your mom gets well soon' is better but there's not a big difference
