@anderson130005 Deadpool was making a joke by changing a common saying. The way he said it, it means that he looks stupid, and you are even more stupid than he (or his appearance). When you do this, it is called a turn of phrase. To make a turn of phrase is common in comedy, but this particular one is not common because you are calling yourself stupid-looking. (Not something most people do, but Deadpool doesn't mind making fun of himself)
