What an interesting question!
IMO, No. 2 is correct. Your parents are still your parents, regardless if they are my also my (hypothetical) parents. No. 1 leaves room for the question, "Do I mean my real parents or my hypothetical parents?". But they are always your parents, even if I am hypothetically you. Their identity doesn't change.
