Are these sentences below natural and essentially the same thing? As to no.4, I'm not sure if it's grammatically correct.
1. I'll help you to study Korean.

3. I'll help you with your Korean.
4. I'll help you with studying Korean.

As for no. 4 it’s a little grammatically incorrect
They all mean the same thing though basically.

it is the same thing and have the same meaning but i think the most correct one is the first one :)

Yeah, they all mean roughly the same thing. They are also pretty natural and common ways to say it. And no.4 is actually a pretty common way of phrasing it and it sounds natural to say it that way.
The only difference in meaning is that no.3 can be a bit more broad in meaning than the others, because it can mean 'help you practice' as well as 'help you study'. Although the two meanings (practicing vs studying) are closely related so that doesn't always change anything. And the context will help clarify which meaning (or even sometimes if both meanings) are intended. But it is a just an extra nuance and an added meaning that no.3 has, so it is good to know about it.
