This is a conversation in a video game "Hearthstone".

Hunter Hero : Let the hunt begin!
Humorous Villain : Be my guest.

What kind of wit is in it?
Some of players see it refers "Be Our Guest" in Disney Beauty and the Beast and the villain mocks the hunter calling him a beast implicitly, but I feel it is very forced.
I think that the guest means "(zoology) Any insect that lives in the nest of another without compulsion and usually not as a parasite"(from wiktionary) and he tells "OK, let the hunt begin. Then you intruder is my game, you insect, and I hunt you down".

How do you think?
