@Kyrie_Vingving I don't know about common, but both these sentences do sound natural. The first sentence has a more sarcastic/offensive nuance whilst the second one is more neutral.

"Can't take it seriously" means the person is unable to take it seriously, as in it's beyond their capability to take it seriously.
"Can't take it seriously" means the person is under no obligation or rule to take it seriously, so they can choose to not take it seriously if they want to.
