It would “I’m going to school.” And when you say this, it means that you are on your way to school. If you want say you’ve arrived at school, you can say “I’m at school.” Or “I’ve arrived at school.” But “I’m at school” sounds more natural compared to “I’ve arrived at school.”

"I go to school" is just a sentence that presents the fact that you go to school or that you are currently studying.
If you want to present the idea that you are on your way to school, use the present tense of the verb.
For example
"I am going to school"
If the action has already been completed, then use the past tense.
For example:
"I went to school".
