@yildiz7 This needs some context first. So, in Mexico at least, we have this system for adding minutes to our cellphones in which a person, be it at a mall, at a drugstore, or even at small local grocery store with access to a computer can sell you more minutes (we call it "tiempo aire" like "airtime" and the action "recargar", like "reload" or "top-up" our cells). But, there are some people who exclusively dedicate themselves to sell cellphones, accessories, and minutes for calling, messaging, etc. Those are what we usually call "los de las recargas" (the ones who sell minutes/ the ones who "reload" our phones ).
Given that, in this meme "la de las recargas" is referring to the girl who sells minutes, and this guy is remembering he had to give his number to her (for her to add more minutes to his cell) and is wondering "what if", "what if perhaps"...I guess he's being delusional believing the girl actually asked his number because he thinks she liked him or something??? I don't know...😂
