You wouldn’t say “be able of”. You would say “be able to.”
Also, the verbs are different depending which one you use.
But the meanings are basically the same.
For example:
I am able to run.
I am capable of running.
I am able to set the table.
I am capable of setting the table.
I am able to go to the party.
I am capable of going to the party.
