"I asks" is always incorrect.
I ask
you ask
he/she asks
we ask
you (plural) ask
they ask
He/she asks is only used for a 3rd person singular subject with a simple present affirmative (not negative) statement.
For your sentence, it will always be "ask" no matter who the subject is.
What should I ask?
What should you ask? (singular)
What should he ask?
What should we ask?
What should you ask? (plural)
What should they ask?
