Dander is shedding skins cells found on an animals body and it is microscopic so can’t be seen. It’s often the cause of allergies some people have to cats. Dandruff is the also shedding skin cells but they are the visible flakes that you can see on someone’s head. Animals can have it too but might signal health problem.
