فاضي - (empty ( in some dialects
متاح - available
متفرغ - free (Doesn't have anything to do)
فاضي in some Arab dialects may mean free as well
أنت فاضي اليوم ؟ are you free today
or we describe someone who waste their time on foolish things فاضي as well
and خالي means empty in فصحى
