Yes, that sounds natural. Another, more casual, way to ask the same question is "Who runs your company?" or "Who's in charge of your company?" I would be most likely to use "Who's the CEO of your company? " - especially if I'm asking about a large company 🙂

They said that to apply I have to send my resume IN DETAIL with my personal information.

Hmmm... for a local office, I might ask "Who is the local director?" or possibly "What group will I be working in?"
"group" in this case may be a "directorate", "section", or "group"
I'm not sure what Amazon's business organization looks like, but perhaps Wikipedia may have useful information? Another thing I like to do when applying for a job is to look through the website of the company I'm applying to. Company websites often have at least some level of organizational information...
