@Defz It's technical "You're thick as Hell". But saying it like that makes it more funny.
But it means you have a curvy body (little waist, big boobs and butt).
In this context, "Thick" is often written as "thicc" for slang. You can take away or add more C's depending on how "thicc" someone is.
If someone is realllly curvy, say "thicccc". Even if they aren't "thicc" , you can still say they are jokingly.
EX:
"She is so skinny!"
"What are you talking about? She's thiccccccc."

It’s a slang term normally referring to somebody that has a nice, big, juicy ass. Like @grayghoul said, the more thicc somebody is, the more C’s that are required. I am a fan of thicc women
