The sentence is good, but if you want to make it sound more natural you could say “After child birth I want to get back in/my shape.”

Natural: I want to get back INTO shape after childbirth.
In this case
Into: doing action to get from point A to point B (if dieting or exercising).
Or expressing a "want to do" but "not doing"
I can still understand what your saying.

@kazu_jc If you want to be more specific in your shape then use my shape. In shape would be more of in a “healthy” shape, but you can still understand the point you are trying to get across.
