In the sentence, '보느냐고' is an unnatural expression.
It is more natural to change to "보냐고". (왜 그런 눈으로 날 보냐고?)

@Amy0000 ~느냐고 is added to the end of verbs and it indicates that the qoute is a question. But most Koreans just add 냐고 and is more natural
I think the sentence should end with 물어봤어.
So I think it means I asked why are you looking at me like that.
