@Jong12312 For "Nice to meet you", the formal sentence for that would be, "It's nice to meet you." When you answer "You, too" in "It's nice to meet you", it means that it's nice to meet YOU too. When you say "Me, too", it will mean that it's nice to meet ME.
In I want to see you, there was a pronoun "I" where the speaker presented himself/herself that he/she wants to see B. When you say "Me, too", it means that I want to see you too because B is the SPEAKER in the sentence, that is why "Me" is the correct answer and not "You".
