Okay, it looks like the characters in this movie are dolls. So, they are "plastic assholes" because they are being mean and they are made out of plastic.

"Asshole" is a vulgar way to say "anus" or "very rude person" or "person I hate."
"Plastic" can either mean that something is literally made out of the material plastic (like toys, water bottles, etc.) or it can also mean that something can change shape or is stretchable.
To know what this means specifically, I would have to know the context. It could mean "an anus that is stretchy," "an anus made out of plastic," "a person I hate sculpted out of plastic," or "that person I hate is very flexible."
No matter what it means, it is not a common phrase (I've never heard it used) and it is considered gross and vulgar.
