"Soler" is a verb in its infinitive form. It means "to do something with frequency"; it's the standard form for translating "use to"
For example
Mi hermano solía tocar la guitarra, pero ya no.
My brother used to play the guitar, but he doesn't anymore.
Los fines de semana suelo ir a la casa de mi abuela.
At weekends I use to go to my grandma's house.
"Usualmente" is an adverb. It has the exact same meaning of "usually".
Usualmente me va bien en el trabajo, pero a veces me equivoco.
I usually do fine at work, but sometimes I commit a mistake.
Usualmente como comida sana.
I usually eat healthy food.
And "normalmente" is an adverb too. It has the exact same meaning of "normally", and is in a lot of cases interchangeable with "usually"; but I'd say "normally" is more general (X thing happens "normalmente" in X way), and "usually" is more personal (I "usualmente" do X thing independently of if it's normal or not for other people); maybe this is just my perception though.
Normalmente, la gente debe trabajar para poder subsistir.
Normally, people have to work in order to survive.
Las plantas normalmente florecen en primavera.
Plants do normally bloom in spring.
An example with all of them being used
Cuando era chico, solía ir usualmente al parque con mis amigos, pero hoy en día, normalmente todos estamos ocupados trabajando.
When I was young, I used to usually go to the park with my friends, but nowadays, normally we're all too busy working.
