Question about Spanish (Spain)

What is the difference between Creo que los sondeos a menudo no son fiables. and A menudo, creo que los sondeos no son fiables. and Creo que a menudo los sondeos no son fiables. ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

Are all the three sentences grammatically correct? I know the emphasis is different depending on where you put the adverb (a menudo), but is it okay to put the adverb in all those three places? :)
