She has a big mouth.
She's got a big mouth.

"Be careful of what you say around her. She has a big mouth." This is fine.
"Be careful of what you say around her. She has loose lips." This is unnatural. Possibly:- "Be careful of what you say around her. She is loose lipped."
The first one is the more common version.

@raining211 OLD people! There was a saying, "Loose lips sink ships" meaning don't talk out loud about war secrets because a spy may hear you and… get your ship sunk.
