{I may be raised in the US but grammar wasn't my strong suit, here's my best effort}
عمل جيد! (I don't speak Arabic, sorry)
We use all of them, they all sound natural. Although some are used in different context, and casually we'd probably say something else.
"When you finish your work" and "When you're done with work" - both sound like a parent or teacher talking to their child or student.
Student: "Can I go to the bathroom?"
Teacher: "When you're done with your work" or "When you finish your work"
"When you get off work" - Sounds a little unnatural, and is more of a question. Here's what I mean,
Wife: "When you get off work can we go to the beach?"
Finally, casual versions. These all sound very formal, which is good, but if you're talking to your friends, you'd say something like:
"When you're done" or "When you're finished"

They are all used a lot by native speakers. You typically use "when you get off work" when speaking about a paid job someone has.
