I‘m pretty sure 'apartment size‘ should work just fine.

@felixbue Thank you very much!
I also wonder what might be the term for indicating a city size?
For example, Can I say New York city size is 783.8 km².
By the way, I just checked that.
It looks to be *Land area: 783.8 km²
Is ''Land area'' what you would say referring to a city?
ALso,
If you have a house with a garden, would that be your Land area or your ... What would you call your territory ?

Посмотри в объявлениях о продаже в интернете.
Обычно не говорят/пишут "площадь". А просто "Sq. Feet:" square foot/feet

Sometimes, "built-up area" is used to mean the same thing.

Yes, land area is right!
Also, you can call it your 'property'.

@felixbue we are talking about the SIZE of the territory/apartment/house
- English (US)
@felixbue In my understanding...
"Landed area" is used to mean the total size of the land the property occupies. For example, for a bungalow, land area is the area that covers the garden and house (howwver, not the area upstairs, if the building is multi-level).
"Built-up area" is the size of the building, not the empty land surrounding the unit. If the apartment is a duplex (has 2 levels), then it is the area of both the levels.
Only "built-up area" or "apartment size" is applicable to an apartment.
