It has the meaning of “coincidence”
But I think this sentence means this person doesn’t really believe that “you” accidentally have all the stuff with you on a Saturday (weekend).
So it’s something like: “Do you really mean that you had all this stuff with you on a Saturday by coincidence/by accident?”
