They’re almost exactly the same. If you need to differentiate the two, "Have eggs for dinner." sounds either like it’s gonna be the main course or the only thing you’re having for dinner. "Have eggs with dinner." is more like you’re having eggs as a side along with other foods. You can use either one, though. It’s not something to worry about because I don’t think we really mind which one you use.
