Not really, you could say "what percentage is your phone in right now?"

I don’t know if it’s the most grammatically correct way, but if I wanted to say this in real life to a friend, I would say “What’s your phone at?”. They would probably know I mean battery percentage, but if they’re confused, I would say “What’s your phone at, percentage-wise?”. This is a very casual way of asking. I’ve said this many times before when hanging out with friends, arguing over who should get to use the phone charger.
