My parents went on a wonderful voyage to the Caribbean, does that mean they are still on vacation? or they are home already ?
- English (US)
The past tense use of went tells the reader that the voyage was in the past. So, yes, we would assume they have now returned home.

"Does my parents went on a wonderful voyage to the Caribbean" is not right. If you want to ask if your parents went on a voyage to the Caribbean, you would say "Did my parents go on a wonderful voyage to the Caribbean?"
'Went' is past tense, so it would mean both. They could still be on vacation, but they could also have come back home already.
