Wish to and hope to are pretty much the same.
Ex. I wish to get a dog for Christmas.
I hope to get a dog for Christmas.
Like to just means something that you like to do.
Ex. I like to sleep
Want to means something that you want.
Ex. I want to eat.
I want to sleep.
