hello guys, I'm trying to understand the meaning of fluff or fluffy. I have some collocation, but not sure if correct.
Anaimals, after swimming, fluff up to away the water.
Fluff your hair to make it voluminous.
fluffy rice, fluffy pillow, fluff up couch cushions.
Fluffy marshmallow, cake, cream.
fluffy Christmas tree.
is fluff means .. full of gaps or air and soft?

Fluffy are things that are soft and airy look and feel fluffy. Down comforters, buttermilk pancakes, certain cats, and big snowflakes are all fluffy. Many things that are fluffy give comfort, like the soft pillows on your bed.
