Project Gutenberg has a lot of free books if you're interested in reading.
You could maybe look into some free EdX courses, even if you don't intend to finish any it's still a fun way to gain some knowledge and improve your English.
I could give some book recommendations, but I mostly read fantasy so I don't know if you'd be interested.
If there's anything in particular you're looking for, let me know, maybe I have ideas.

@acurioussun Sorry, I missed your question about asking me which website or book do I read. I like non fiction and some fiction. Some of my favourite writers: Bill Bryson, Gerald Durrell, & Gavin Young and watercolour books. Our library allows us to read E-books through our phone/tablet/computer, so I do that. Perhaps you have that, too?
