The sentence is a little strange, as calling yourself 'unique' seems a bit arrogant. If the speech being written is not directly addressing your crowd of voters, I would substitute that word for either 'unprecedented, innovative, unparalleled, exceptional, ' etc.
However, if this was part of a speech you were saying to a crowd in order to get you elected, instead I would replace it with something that defines why you would be a good candidate to win the election, such as 'determined, dedicated, driven, passionate about my cause' etc.
Also, I'm not sure what the 'special' means in the sentence, does it mean you have the advantage or are leading in votes? In that case, you could replace it with, ' in a good position.'
In conclusion, the sentence could be rewritten as: 'Committed and unparalleled, I stand in a good position to win the election.'
Hope this helped. If you have any more questions just ask :)
