Question about English (US)

How do you say this in English (US)? 10 < or = B < or = 20

Is the below sentence correct precisely mathematically?
"B is 10 or more and 20 or less."

However, it sounds as if the condition can include the case "B is 10 and 20", which is logically wrong.
